Engineers.city is a marketing and directory platform connecting Users with independent engineering professionals and service providers.
- We do NOT provide engineering services
- We are NOT licensed engineers
- We do NOT supervise engineering work
- We are NOT responsible for project outcomes
All agreements are strictly between Users and Service Providers.
2. No Verification
Engineers.city does not guarantee verification of:
- Engineering licenses
- Certifications
- Insurance
- Professional qualifications
- Regulatory compliance
Users must perform their own due diligence before hiring professionals.
3. AI-Generated Information Disclaimer
Some data on this Platform may be generated using automated systems or artificial intelligence including:
- Estimated project pricing
- Provider rankings
- Industry comparisons
- Profile summaries
This information is informational only and may be inaccurate.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engineers.city is not liable for:
- Engineering design errors
- Construction failures
- Financial loss
- Professional negligence
- Business interruption
Total liability is limited to $100 or the amount paid to the Platform in the previous 12 months.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify the Platform against claims arising from:

- Contracts with Service Providers

6. Premium Listings
- No guaranteed leads or contracts
- Advertising exposure only
- Subscriptions may auto-renew
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated
- Listings may be suspended at our discretion

Calls made via tracking numbers may be recorded for quality, security, and compliance.
8. Arbitration Agreement
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules.
Users waive:
